Before You Start
- Make sure you're logged in.
- Use a professional tone—no offensive language.
- Gather key details: account type, duration of use, highlights/issues.
Submitting a Review
- Visit the broker's profile page.
- Click "Write a Review" beneath the user rating section.
- Rate your experience (1-5 stars) across categories: Platform, Costs, Support, Reliability.
- Provide a title summarizing your opinion.
- Write the body (minimum 120 characters). Include specifics (spreads, withdrawal times, platform stability).
- Optional: Upload supporting screenshots (account dashboard, chat transcripts).
- Submit. Reviews typically publish within 24 hours after moderation.
Verification Process
- Reviews marked "Verified Trader" have been validated via trading statement or broker confirmation.
- To earn the badge, upload proof (masked account number, trade history).
- Sensitive information is redacted before publication.
Writing an Effective Review
- Focus on factual experiences (spread values, withdrawal speed).
- Describe both positives and negatives for balance.
- Mention account type and trading style to give context.
- Avoid speculation ("they scam everyone")—stick to verifiable facts.
Moderation Guidelines
Reviews are rejected if they:
- Contain personal attacks or offensive language.
- Include promotional/referral links.
- Are copied from other websites.
- Lack substance ("Great broker!" with no details).
Editing or Removing a Review
- Visit "My Reviews" under your profile.
- Click "Edit" to update outdated information.
- Click "Delete" if you want it removed entirely.
- You can re-submit updated experiences anytime.
