Keep Your Broker Profile Accurate and Compelling
Authorized broker representatives can update company information, upload media assets, and respond to community feedback through our Broker Admin Portal.
Accessing the Admin Portal
- Create an account using your corporate email (e.g., [email protected]).
- Contact our partnerships team to request admin access.
- Once approved, log in and click "Broker Admin" in the top navigation.
Dashboard Overview
- Profile Status: Indicates completeness (Basic, Enhanced, Premium).
- Pending Tasks: Outstanding information requests, review responses.
- Analytics: Profile visits, lead conversions, user engagement.
- Support Tickets: Communication log with FN Pulse team.
Editable Sections
- Company Overview: Mission statement, founding year, headquarters.
- Regulation: Upload updated license documents and add new jurisdictions.
- Product Offering: Update spreads, platforms, account types, minimum deposits.
- Promotions: Submit current bonuses or incentives (must comply with regulator rules).
- Media: Upload platform screenshots, explainer videos, logos.
All edits require approval (24-48 hours) to maintain data integrity.
Responding to User Reviews
- Navigate to the Reviews tab within the portal.
- Click "Reply" under any review to provide an official response.
- Be professional and address concerns directly.
- Mark issues as resolved once addressed.

- Review profile quarterly to ensure accuracy.
